Echo in headphones

So I bought some new headphones for my laptop, a pair of Turtle Beach ZLa's.  They are awesome for $30, but I have a slight issue.  The headphones work great in Overwatch, iTunes, even on my phone.  But for whatever reason, when I use Google Chrome, there's an echo through the headphones.  That's just it, it's only through Google Chrome.  Can anybody help me with this, cause I can't seem to figure it out?

go into chrome settings and turn off echo chamber xD
