Resetting a ram disk?

lmao so my friend was fooling around with his ram disk (windows 7) and he somehow changed a variable called reserved hardware (found in the memory tab in task manager) from about ~50mb to 1gb, meaning he now only has 7gb of usable memory, whereas he previously had 8gb. Any idea on resetting it? 

Nothing.
