use: gaming, photoshopping, mess around on the internet, mod games, blender.

 

maxcost: $300

well its probably the best one you will get for $300, its 6 cores and quite easily ocs from stock to around 4.4-4.5ghz, its amazing for rendering etc and does well in games, not as good as a 4 core i7 4790k for example but its not far off and will last you a long time.

the  i7 5820k  is much more expensive in sweden. D:

There's nothing cheaper than that. Your only bet is to get a less expensive mobo, or move down to skylake.

you said dollars thats why i said 5820k.

 

i wouldnt get anything less on x99 than a 5820k, its pointless, you should think of these things before you buy mobos, cpu comes first.

well it is mostly easier than asking for 3 000 swedish kr
