Should I upgrade now or wait for Vega / 1080ti?

if you can wait, you should always wait,  computer prices only fall with time,   but I would just get a 1080

I'd be very surprised if any of those cards made it out this year and as it stands, no cards are powerful enough to run 4k at 60fps. You might have to make some compromises to the settings and get a 1080 if you are getting Battlefield at launch. At the very least we know that Dice are very good at optimising games which should make 4k more realistic.
