usb USB Ports Randomly Disconnecting

I just built a new Gaming/Streaming PC and for the most part it works great. However an issue i'm having is when i launch Open Broadcaster Software and begin streaming, after about 5 minutes most (but not all) of my USB ports turn off and disconnect my devices. Like i've said some of the ports don't disconnect but most of the rear and both front ports do so. I have a suspicion that is could be an issue with power, as in i may now have a power supply that gives enough power to the system, thus causing this issue to occur under a heave load. Any ideas? Please let me know!
