Hard Reset Error, Please Help!

I have LG L Fino and few days ago "Google Services Has Stopped" started appearing every few seconds it's impossible to use phone so i tried to do a hard reset but when i go to settings and try to hard reset it, it shuts down and then shows an error on top of the screen.I tried holding down Lock Button + Volume Down and phone just booted in Safe Mode i even tried holding down Lock Button + Volume Up but nothing happend, also tried hard reset in safe mode but it shows the same error again please help.

if there are no important files in the phone you can hardreset it to factory data (this will erase all your data)

if this doesnt work , try reinstalling the os from a pc (this will erase all your data)
