NEED HELP.

Good Day,

 

first of all, I dont know if i am at the right thread to post this, so sorry for that, anyway, having trouble on my Intel HD Graphic regarding DirectX, since I am using windows 10, it automatically updates its DirectX to DirectX12, but, the Hardware only supports upto DirectX11, sorry for my bad english, any advice on what to do?? please see atatched image for more info.

Hi, this is fine, dont worry about it.

 

Your IGP will work fine in windows 10, it just wont use any DX12 hardware features.

Thanks for the immediate reply, but I think there is a problem on my Intel Graphics Driver, coz my NVIDIA graphics is working well, here is the game that I've been playing, which runs on the Intel Graphics, it keeps on popping that error. Is it the DirectX Version or the Graphics driver is not working well?
