I'm going to add a gtx 1070 to the build and I'll also be doing some mild oc. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd say its pretty good. Maybe just a little bigger power supply.

PSU is fine. your computer wont pull more than 400W from the wall even under a heavy overclock with those components (it will probably be much closer to 300W).

I would get a better motherboard, as yours doesn't have enough connectivity and lacks the ability to SLI in the future if you wanted it (in my opinion). However If you've looked closely at your choice and decided its all you need, then there's certainly nothing wrong with that. Your AIO is an old model. Perhaps get the H100i GTX or H100i V2. but again, if you've looked at your choices carefully and decided you want the H105 anyway, there's nothing wrong with that either.

Other than those 2 minor things, solid build.

its really up to you and your budget. if you think you're good with the number of SATA ports you have, USB ports you have, if you don't want more than one M.2 or any u.2 ports, etc. then you're fine. that's not really a decision i can make for you. thats why I put "(in my opinion)" after I said what I did, because its just an opinion. if its something you like, then you can do that. I myself own a Z170-A and I'm sure there are people on this site that would consider that very "low" or "entry level" or whatever, but that suits me just fine. There is nothing functionally wrong with the Z170-K you chose.

I would go for a Asrock motherboard and take advantage of the K cpu to overclock! Their boards are pretty good if you plan to do some overclocking.
