Help with Intel 535 ssd

So I upgraded my pny 120gb ssd to an Intel 535 480gb. I used the clone software that I downloaded from I tell website. Cloned my old ssd and switched to the new one. When I boot from the new ssd Windows loads and I sign in and then my screen just flashes over and over and does not let me do anything. Is the ssd bad? I could try installing a fresh copy of Windows straight to the new drive but that will take some time and I'll have to redownload my most used data. Any help would be great. I tried wiping the ssd and recloning it and the same happened again.
