Power switch

So I'm brand new to building computers and I have a very simple question: is the side of the power sw with the arrow on it the ground, or the pwr side?

If I remember correctly the one with the arrow is positive but it really doesn't matter since a switch has no polarity.

But doesn't one side have to be grounded?

No it just a switch, if you're talking about a negative pin then the answer is still no since switches have no polarity it doesn't mater what orientation it's connected in it will still perform the functions of on and off.
