Upgrading my keyboard to a Corsair K65 RGB and I waited a week an a half of shipping for it to get here. I open it and plug it right in. I play with the colors and Install OVerwatch Profiles that look great!

 

Then I realized my left CTRL key is not registering. Can't use shortcuts in Chrome, the lighting doesnt register the CTRL either. 

 

Gotta Return it back to the retailer and wait for another week to get back to them and then another week to get back to me... :(
