PCIe Riser?

Hello! I was using my computer the other day and the video card stopped working (spoiler, it was the PCIe Riser that doesn't work), so I went online to try to find a PCIe riser, I have the Thermaltake Core P5 and I tried looking for the same cable, most coments say it's crap, so, I don't know which one to buy, I see a few with molex cables and I don't know what they're for.  What cable do you recommend and does it need to have a molex for it to be "good"?

Do you NEED a PCIe riser.

They are normally not well built.

Yes I do... I found that cable but its too short... I need one that's about 20cm (8 inches - the cable itself)
