Possible broken GPU

In my PC I have got an Asus R9270 Direct CU 2 GPU. My Pc has been working fine for a long time but suddenly I'm getting issues like my PC is crashing all the time and I am getting really low FPS in games and to fix it I haft to restart my PC. I have run the Unigene Valley benchmark on it and the temperature got to 75 degrees which I believe is ok. Does anybody know why this is happening?

Possibly drivers? Check for a new one, if that fails try a clean install of the driver. If they both fail maybe reseat your card?
