Accessing NFS shares

I have build a Rockstor NAS using the guide on their website. But there is no guide on the website on how to access NFS shares on Windows 10. So, please let me know how to do it? And also, as I am completely new to Rockstor or Linux for that matter, I would like if you explain me how copying files to and from the Rockstor or any other NAS works
