Greetings people of the LTT forum.

I require your help to trouble shoot my laptop's NIC card, at least the wired internet part of it. From time to time when I use internet to play video games, the NIC messes up and the icon of the internet connection has a yellow exclamation mark. The internet stops working and from then on I just have to right click and "Trouble Shoot" (I have screen shots coming later with all the steps). After a while the trouble shoot button simply does not work, it just disables the Ethernet port. I have to go to the Device Manager, re-enable it and then restart the laptop. So, I am planning on selling the current laptop ASAP, so I need to fix it as soon as I can. Thank you.

Here is what I do to re-enable the internet :

If I were to do it through the Device Manager: https://gyazo.com/7c233b18f1ea07bd6163df18b9482339

Laptop specs: Acer e1 - 571G  ; originally 4 GB of ram, the retail shop added 8 GB ; i5 - 3230M  ; Nvidea 710M

Thank you in advance for helping.

P.S.: The supposed solution of turning off IPv6 did not fix the issue.
