Chrome browser problem

Screenshot_20160602-085328.pngIn the latest chrome update in nexus 6 I am not able to view each page separately, I am only able to view them inside the chrome but not as separate pages and the manage page and apps button is also not there. I am able to view chrome like the fist image. But I wanted to view chrome like the second image. Please help and how to fix this

If I recall correctly, Google made that change in Android 5 to show each chrome tab as a separate app, and they've now reversed it so they all appear as one again.
