That would probably be my pick of the bunge at the $300 to $350 price bracket.

 

As for the EVGA X99 Classified, depending on what version you are looking at.

I have not seen Broadwell refresh version of the Classified yet.

So i cant tell much about it.

I have only seen the X99 FTW-K till now.

And its basicly a decent board, but nothing to fancy.

Yeah I might pick up the new boards with the updated BIOS so there is no guess work involved

Allthough asus and gigabyte can update the bios without cpu and memory installed.

I think it would still make sense to just pick a refresh board, simply because of newer feutures.
