Galaxy s7 supports the following modes/bands depends what carrier supports bands/modes  You have to find that out from your carrier. And yes it can use nano sim

WCDMA 1 / 2 / 5 / 8
CDMA 800 / 850 / 1900
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900

Verizon version lacks LTE 1/8/12/41; AT&T version adds LTE 29/30/40 but lacks LTE 13 and CDMA; T-Mobile version lacks LTE 8/41 and CDMA, and replaces WCDMA 8 with WCDMA 4; Sprint version adds LTE 25/26 but lacks LTE 7/13/20
