How to increase my WiFi range to about 30m or more i need to get a cheap solution to get WiFi to my uncles house

Run 30m of cat5c?? easiest, most reliable and possibly cheapest

to incresase range you either place your modem in a better spot to have better coverage, or your can get a better modem, or finally you can use a bridge to get your wifi farther.

If your physically blocked (over a road or something) 

 

There are directional antenas you can get to boost range.. Try some of these..

 

There are cheaper versions but this gives an idea of the directional antenna type solution.
