Better for less though a bit low wattage. What are you running.. anything modern and intel//nvidia even mid range sli should be fine on the 650W Platinum

I was planning onto have a 980 Ti with a i7-6700k. will the PSU shown be good with that, and fit in my PC?

So that PSU i showed does not fit...
