I am planing to buy pc components soon. I want to overvolck and i want intell. that is it. Due to my reaserch i think that this is a good build but i would love any feed back and or better options. I also want to keep the price 900 and below US.

1. you don't need more thermal past,

2. get a SSD

3. Get a better quality PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-hive750s will work with crossfire and give enough headroom for OCing.
