Saw ampache mentioned somewhere so I decided to fire up a virtual machine on my proxmox server and give it a try.

Nice use of my old music collection.

It seems it's automatic thumbnail getting feature isnt perfect. lol

 

I definitely recommend it.

theres an old hak5 video where they talked about it. They mention that if you have a friend that uses it, that you have have your instance connect to his/hers and stream music from his/hers instance. 

Can Anybody Link A Virtual Machine while I go download some RAM?
