But no optical drive. Although external optical drives can be bought elsewhere.

I rather go with noctis 450.

How angular? 

 

The Evolv ATX is pretty sexy (even if it isn't super edgy).

 

Mastercase Pro 5 (or Maker 5) would meet these criteria as well.

Pro 5 wouldnt really because he wants the 4 USB ports so that is why i suggested the maker 5

Ahh that's right. 4 usb in front is pretty stupid though. Just saying.

Yerp. Outside of not being angular or having a psu basement, I'd totally recommend the Define R5 as well.

Maybe the Aerocool XPredator X3?  I've built system on it and they seem to be quite good.

They don't have basement, but you can buy/make one quite easily and cheap. The case has space for WC at top, optical drive bays, USB 3.0 ports, a 2,5" Tray for hotswap and quite an aggressive look
