Ergotron pole collar replacement

i'm try to convert the Ergotron LX Dual side-by-side to dual stacking. I got the clamp and pole for the stacking, but not the collars that sit under the arms on the pole; so the arms shift up and down the pole. I need some sort of clamp that'll support under the arms on the pole...up to 25lbs.

I realize this is an old thread, but just in case helpful, Ergotron does sell some replacement parts separately.  You can order the collars and screws (they're sold separately) for the LX Dual Stacking Arm pole by calling Ergotron, that's what I did. In case helpful here are the part numbers and pricing at the time I ordered in 2016: Pole Collar 506-232-026-00 $2.40 each and Set Screw 721-033-011-06 $0.10 each, plus shipping (flat rate).
