What better a i7 2670qm vs a i3 4005u and what are the benchmarks in minecraft

From the laptop I used to have, the integrated GPU on the chip was sufficient enough for Minecraft to play at 90+ fps

Just try things out before you settle for one.  I made that mistake too many times...

I personally use a 2720qm with a quadro 1000m (its a thinkpad full HD) and i get 100fps at decent render distance

 

the i7 is better than i3

i7 with a 750ti should be enough for 100+fps in minecraft. my friend achieves that and he uses a pentium :^)
