so I have this box above my task bar that constantly displays [Voice] and for some reason I cannot get rid of it and its really annoying and is getting very distracting it only seems to go away when I play steam games in fullscreen mode and its still there as im writing this up. On closer inspection hangouts seems to be causing this. 

 

sorry if this seems like a waste of your time but its just play annoying to me.
