Windows 10 key retrieving

Hello there,

 

I would like to reinstall my whole windows 10, since I have internet issues, which still occur after changing my ISP, and despite all my efforts of solving them. I've got my key as a free key from upgrading from Windows 8.1, but I don't have the key anymore, and now I'm wondering how I can retrieve it. There are many pages and videos about it, but i don't want to trust those. So if anyone knows how to do it please help me.

You can simply make Windows 10 reinstall itself without any external medium. Open the Start menu and go to Settings, click on Update & Security, click Recovery, then click Get started under Reset this PC. You can choose to Keep Everything, which will make Windows 10 reinstall itself without deleting your settings, or Remove Everything, which would be like a fresh install on a new computer. BE SURE YOU MAKE BACK-UPS OF ANY IMPORTANT FILES!

As far as I know, choosing Delete Everything will format any data on the drive and re-install Windows 10.
