It's finally over, my first build, it had a lot of ups and downs but in the end it was friggin great. Here's what I've got. I do plan on future upgrades of course but right now I'm pretty happy with what I've got.

i5 6500 3.2GHz quad core turbo to 3.6

8G DDR4 ram

1TB HDD (Wanna get a boot ssd down the road maybe)

R7 370 4G by sapphire

All sitting in my nice tiny little H110M-A mobo inside my 200R case, 2 case fans, stock cpu cooler, seasonic II 520w PSU.

Good build man. I also want to get an SSD to boot from. Seems to be a really popular move among builders.

It looks like a great build. My friend has very similar rig with 4460 and z97 and he is pretty happy with it, and so should be you.

I am happy, the reason I went with the R7 370 was price. I had 180$ to get a new PSU and GPU with and I got em both for 190. I won't tell how I got the extra 10$ >:)
