High throw rate projector?

Hi, im looking to throw a 4m wide picture from about 11m (Projector spot is on a balcony),

so a throw rate of about 2,75. The thing is most modern Projectors have a max rate of 1,5 or so,

which would make the picture way too large for the screen.

 

Does anybody know a projector that can make such a small picture?

Specs should be 1080p, 3000lumen or more max about 600 euro budged.
