I don't have alot of money and i Just upgraded to my new build which doesn't have any of the programs my laptop had. All the programs on my laptop though were cracked so I dont want to riske any viruses on this new build.

It must be able to

-put clips together (duh)

-add background music with adjustable audio levels

-put images/ text on the screen for a custom amount of time

-renders in 1080p 60/30fps
