   Does anyone/website know the power req for the new top of the line AMD card?....and What power connector thingies does it have(like 8 pin 6 pin....something like that) ....and what PSU should i get (Been looking at the RM 850....the cables look nice and its modular)

up to 350w with + 20% power limit. I bet these 290x cards will draw a lot of power when overlocked. Even my system with two 7950's OC to 1200/1800 on a 7970 PCB draw 702w from the PSU running valley. That's 827w from the wall.

 

At stock speeds they draw 388w from the PSU and 457w from the wall. So each card draws approx an extra 157w after overclocking.

650W for single GPU and 850W for XFire.
