Help with multiple things

Hello i just reinstalled windows a couple days ago and im having issues all over the place, I got all the drivers, Updated everything and still issues, First issue is my youtube player on FIREFOX ONLY is not starting videos immediately, When i click a video it takes 2-5 secs to start, I tested on chrome and i dont have the issue, The second issue is i have my HDMI plugged into my computer and whenever i turn on or off the tv my computer screen goes black untill the tv is on, It never did this before. My third issue is when i go into my router settings (xfinity) I cant restart my modem from there, I have to unplug it for a reset.

The problem with the HDMI cable and the TV might be solved from you're Display Settings in windows by telling it to duplicate or extend the Screens.
