A PSU just exploded.

I just plug a new hdd inside and a USB thumb drive for installation

Then I plug the power cable and a few second later it sparks and exploded

It wasnt even turned on yet.

Is the cable from PSU to the wall safe to use for another PC ? (Cause this be the cause ?)

Is the harddrive safe to plug to another PC to check if it still works ?

Is it possible that the CPU and RAM is fried ?

Is it safe to try the motherboard + CPU + RAM  with another PSU ?

The PSU specs is certainly enough I think.

it's a G3240  with 1 hdd and 1 stick of RAM I think any PSU will suffice

it's a 350Watt Cooler Master PSU. I am assuming that the total system usage would be around 100watt or less

Hey, how do I check if it was only the caps ?

Will the warranty cover this PSU ?
