Hi bros im new to linustechtips forum just joined today needed for advice! so i decided to build myself a gaming rig decided to go for the red/black msi combo (cpu&gpu) just wondering which 1 is better for my build FX 8350 - MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard - MSI R7 370 4GB or i5-4460 - MSI H97 Gaming 3 Motherboard - MSI GTX 960 4GB so basicially which will be better and also whats the different amd and intel which will go better for gaming live stream 1080p60hd ? please do advice me as im new in building

The Intel option, but change out the 960 with an amd r9 380(x) and you will be golden.

i doubt either build can do 1080p 60 fps gaming / streaming, you may be able to do 720p 60 fps streaming but that is still pushing it

not sure on your budget but if you are serious about streaming i'd advise you to get a i7 the multi threaded performance will greatly improve your streaming / gaming experience
