1. Windows 10

2. Windows 10 because it is newer, there are fewer updates so far

3. They both require 20 GB of space (for the 64 bit version)

Updates are going to keep coming forever.

 

the answers are Windows 10 for the first 2 and for the second it is both use the same amount.
