Drivers not installing. Frustrating.

So this happened after a blue screen on Windows 10. The drivers uninstalled themselves and after I reinstall them through GeForce XP and restart my PC, it just tells me to reinstall the same doom driver again. Everything is also very laggy and choppy. 

I installed Windows 7 on a completely separate drive and put it in my PC and tried installing the nvidia drivers and it still gives me the same issue. Please help
