Runtime Error - R6030 - crt not initialized?

Hey guys, so i just downloaded a mod for PES 2016 (The PTE one for anyone who knows it), but when i try launch it i get the error in the title, i was hoping someone could help me solve it :)

I've tried:
re installng game/mod
verifying files in steam
running as admin

 

edit: i've been googlign for ages but can't seem to find anything.
