Hey I was wondering if this card uses a reference PCB because I'll want to watercool it it the future. Thanks in advance

The Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

PS: Which would perform better over locked and watercooled GTX 760 or HD7950 or HD8XXX or HD9XXX series?

Yes. It uses the reference PCB. The DirectCU cards have waterblocks made for them as well.

The HD8xxx series are the OEMs of 7xxx series. I would wait for the 9xxx(R9 series) imo before buying a new gpu.
