Okay so this is probably really stupid but i cant seem to figure out what is going on. Basically i used a 128gig flash drive to do a fresh install of windows on. After i did the install its only showing up at 32 gigs as usable. Everywhere i read it tells me to right click the black unallocated to format it etc, but every option is greyed out.

Does anybody know how to get the 83.12 gb back without having to buy a new flashdrive?

try right clicking the blue part and see if you can extend the volume. otherwise, try formatting in something else like exFat

Yeah it is greyed out and wont let me extend it. It is just weird because this is the second flash drive that this has happened to after using the windows 10 tool to create a bootable drive to install the OS on. Im assuming its 32gb because it formats it in fat32 format and that is the cap... but why would it not let me extend it back in NTFS after im done?

Just really strange because this seem to be some kind of issue but i have never heard about it from anybody else

Might initial thoughts were that it could be a fake 128 GB.  Fakes show up as whatever they claim it to be, but the only usable space is that of the actual drive size of say, 16 or 32 GB.
