The list of compatible RAM for the motherboard is just what ASRock has tested and confirmed. If it's not on there, it doesn't mean it doesn't work with the board. 

 

The RAM is pretty much certain to work with the board.

So im upgrading to 16gb of RAM. I am using the ASROCK z97 Killer motherboard and I want to get the HyperX Fury RAM.

I've been trying to find if it compatible but I know that the motherboard supports ddr3 ram but I just need to get somebody else's voice on this.

The ASROCK site is no help as it just posts the model numbers http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z97%20Killer/?cat=Memory&Model=Fatal1ty%20Z97%20Killer&Vendor=HyperX
