last option, if possible. did you try it on another computer?

 

Otherwise, might have to got the RMA route. 

 

As a reference, I've had mine since August, it flown with me across the world and is still working perfectly, albeit it lost some color on the left click button :)

Hello guys, I just bought a Mx Master and after only 4 days my scroll wheel got stuck in free spin . Now I have a choice , to return it and get a new one or get my money back. What do you guys think I should do? I love this mouse but I don't want to keep returning it every week. Is the free spin really that common? Help . And do you have other recommendations for a wireless mouse that is like the Master?

did you press the square button in the middle of the mouse? that button toggle freespin

Ah I see . I think ill give it another try and request a new one :D thank for the troubleshooting .
