Reboot and select proper boot device

I get this error message when turning on my Toshiba c40-c-10q, when I access the bios the HHD show up so I don't think it's dead. My boot order is in the right order and I've tried booting with secure boot on and off and still won't work, I also can't seem to boot of a USB (the same error appears). Any ideas on how to fix this?

P.S sorry if this in the wrong topic.

it might show up but are you sure it's enabled? check your bios again. ( might be under SB )

Also, if there's such a setting, what is the Boot Mode set to?

Sorry for late reply. Boot mode is set to UEFI Boot, but I can't change it (with or without secure boot)
