CPU usage drop when playing a game.

Hello everyone, Lately I have been facing a problem... My laptop's processing speed is fast during normal work(1.8ghz... Yes, it's a potato but I don't hardcore game) but as soon as I start playing a game the processing speed drops down to 0.8ghz. I play small games like MOBAs, Hearthstone, Duelyst and my system is not thermal throttling too, my CPU temps are good. I don't know what happened but it all started suddenly while I was playing a game. Later I noticed that when I launch a game, the CPU usage drops down causing the Processing speed drop.
