Loilo game Recorder Errors

I've used this software many time before, I cannot find out how it's doing this.

 

- I;ve uninstalled the software time and time again. Same Problem.

- I've deleted everything off my program file relating to the product and re-installed, same problem.

- updated my system, still, same problem.

 

The support page isn't any help, so i came here, this happened after i had a hard drive glitch and had to fix it using the windows troubleshoot, it's fixed, but i'm puzzled to why this is happening, fresh out of ideas.
