System and compressed memory high CPU usage

Hi,

I build my computer a few days ago and since then Im having weird CPU usage.

After a while using the PC the "System and compressed memory" (ntoskrnl.exe) jumps and the whole pc is working laggy.

I did everything this video says but nothing works.

Im using windows 10 btw

Thank you very much

How much RAM do you have?

Is it almost full usually?
If it is, that means your computer is out of memory, and is using your HDD (or SSD) as additional RAM.

i7 4790k | MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition | G.Skill Ripjaws X 16 GB | Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB | 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB | MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V | Fractal Design R4 | EVGA 650W

A gaming PC for your budget: $800 - $1000 - $1500 - $1800 - $2600 - $9001

I have 16gb RAM and its not full (40%). the Disc  usage is at 0%.

when the CPU usage jumps, even to 12-20%, the pc starts stuttering

When it happens, does disk usage go up?

I had this problem, can't remember the fix for sure, but thing it was running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  in cmd prompt as admin, surely can't hurt anything
