hi everyone. what are your ideas on a build that uses the gtx 1080 gpu that was announced recently? my budget is 2300 pounds and i will be using the pc for vr so if you can include a vr headset and (if possible) a 1440p monitor. thanks!

The only thing that isn't in this list is the monitor and (optional) UPS. the thermal paste is the top notch that you can get in the market.

Me1... use air cooler sotution which is less efective than liquid as i put here with the 115i. this give you lower temps than air solution.

You have a Freesync monitor with an Nvidia gpu. Also that psu isn't very good.

I was mistaking it for the NEX 750G which is no longer made. It should actually be fine although you can probably fit the G2 in there instead. I will knock up a spec in a min for you.

Something like this leaves you with just under £1000 for a VR Headset and new gpu. You could go with a cheaper monitor if you want a bit more money left over for the other two items.
