Good budget 1150 socket?

I am looking for a motherboard to my second build. (EVGA 750TI FTW, I7 4790.)

I cannot decide on which motherboard to go with.

I currently use a old motherboard from a dell pc, but its not really that good.

I wish to sell the pc later on, but not spend mutch money because i am on a budget. 

(i wish to make as mutch profit on it as possible, tho having good parts.) 

I was looking on the MSI B85M-E45, Socket-1150 and the ASUS H110M-K D3, Socket-1151 as they both are in my price-range. 

Which one is better, is there any better solutions at the same price-range?

Also, does a 1150 socket cpu fit on a 1151 motherboard?

You need a 1150 board, 1151 is for the new Skylake CPUs
