Fans for radiator

So im gonna build a new computer soon and i wonder if i could use the be-quiet silentWing 2 PWM 1000rpm on my NZXT kraken x61. Im gonna use the Phanteks Enthoo ATX. So when we come to static pressure I was wondering if the fans could handle it. 

 

Feedback are welcome and appreciated and suggestions on a better option. Remember silence is everything.
