Hey guys! I have a MSI GTX 970 4GB and I always OC it about 150MHz core and 400MHz memory. Then I OC my i5 6600k to about 4.0GHz. So when I launched GTA V (everything is always on MAX settings) I was shocked to see that I was running 50FPS! I always run at about 90FPS. How can this be?

Intel Extreme Tuning Utility says that the package temperature is at 34 degrees C. I have a coolermaster mastercase pro 5 so the PC does not overheat.

Why am I loosing about 40FPS from the last time I played GTA?

I am running Kaspersky anti virus and then I will defragment my hard drive. if that does not work I will re check all the wiring for the PC and see if everything is correctly connected to the PSU.
