Best <100$ USD AIO Cooler

I plan to overclock my CPU (FX-8350) in the future to higher clock speed for better performance out of my system and less bottlenecks. I am currently running a stable Overclock at 4.34 GHz with a CM 212 Evo. Any suggestion for an AIO in this price range?

A air cooler in that price bracket with perform the same if not better then a AIO comparable in price.

 

A air cooler will last longer and is much less likely to fail and if it does fail the chances of a catastrophic failure are nothing compared to a AIO.

 

And yea it's less noisy.
